Are all your products authentic and sourced from South Korea?
Yes, 100%. We source all our skincare and cosmetics directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers in South Korea to ensure every product is authentic and fresh.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 10-21 business days.
What is your return policy for opened beauty products?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately.
Do you provide samples with orders?
We love letting you try new things! Most orders include a selection of complimentary K-beauty samples, subject to availability.
How do I check the expiration date on my products?
Korean products usually display either the manufacturing date (ì œì¡°) or the expiration date (까지). If you see '까지', that is the date the product expires. Most products are best used within 12 months of opening.
