Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
